The lead single from their second album.

The lead singer, Brad Arnold, explained the idea behind the song by saying, "It's asking a question, 'Just please love me when I'm gone.' And not just like when I'm dead and gone, but when I'm gonna come back."

The original video for this song shows the band members buried alive in a swamp. It aired only on MuchMusic USA in the US.

The official music video was dedicated to all military personnel who are fighting overseas. It was shot during live performance of the song on the USS George Washington in the Mediterranean Sea on the 2nd of October 2002.

The single of this song reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in April 2003.

This song has become one of the longest-running number-one singles on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks having spent seventeen weeks atop of it starting November 2002 until March 2003.
